Google drev is the way it works
Google drev can only be accessed by registered users who have signed up to a Google account. Next, type “drive.google.com” into your browser. The user will then have two choices: either upload files from their computer directly or use Google drev to create files.
End users can also download the Google drev app to their devices. The Google drev web application allows you to access the files in one folder or the Google drev folder on each device.
An end user can create files, folders, or folders by default. Owners can also set visibility levels (public and private), and transfer ownership via Gmail addresses. Access levels such as “can edit” and “can comment” allow the owner to regulate permissions on files and folders.

Google drev had previously offered desktop apps for Windows and macOS. These apps were discontinued in May 2018. Drive File Stream, a desktop application that allows users upload files from their local storage to Google drev, is now available for Windows and macOS. Google drev offers many important features
Google drev can be used with both first-party and third-party apps. These apps can be added to Google drev. Third-party apps can be downloaded for free. However, certain features may require payment.
Google drev’s Search function allows users to sort results based on item name and file type. It supports location, date modified, ownership, and many other options.
Quick Access is available on iOS, Android, and web apps. It is machine-learning enabled and can predict files that users may need based upon Drive activity and other workday patterns.
How to Save Files from Google drev Using Your PC

Consumer vs. enterprise use
Google drev for Work, the enterprise version of Google drev, is available. It was added to G Suite June 2014 and offers unlimited storage, more management control for IT administrators, the ability to connect to existing business applications, and additional technical support from Google.
Google drev for Work conforms to the security standard ISO/IEC 27018.2014. This means that Google will not advertise using data stored in enterprise accounts.
Google drev data are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) standard before they leave user’s computer and reach Google’s cloud. It is not compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
Customers who sign up for yearly plans can get 100GB per month for Rs 1,300. This is a savings of Rs 6,500. Google also offers 2TB per month. It claims that it will notify users via the app and email when their 15GB of storage runs out.
