Making Matka Kulfi-
2 cups milk
1 cup cream
1 cup condensed milk
1 tsp cardamom powder
Mix dry fruits with 1/4 teaspoon (finely chopped).
1 tsp Saffron milk
Matka – 2 cups
How to make Matka Kulfi –
Make Matka Kulfi at your home by first heating 2 cups of milk in a saucepan.
Heat it for 2 minutes on a low flame.
Then add the cream and condensed milk.
Once it is done, heat it over medium heat.
It must be cooked until it becomes thick.
Be careful that the milk doesn’t get on the vessel below. Keep it running.
Add saffron milk or cardamom powder when it thickens.
Stir it once more, and when it is half-full, add dried fruits and turn off the gas.
Let it cool off.
Then, cover the pot with silver foil. Place it in the freezer for 6-7 hours.
Your matka kulfi will be ready after 7 hours. Enjoy it with your family.
