The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) will now be offered to aspirants in two attempts instead of four.

JEE (Main), a multi-session computer-based exam, is used by students to gain admission into top engineering schools and qualify for the JEE(Advanced), which is the entrance test for Indian Institutes of Technology.

These tests were taken by approximately 26 lakh people who wanted to study engineering, medicine and allied programs in 2021.

CBSE Class XII exams will begin on April 26th, while the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISE) will hold exams beginning in the last week April.

A student can now attempt up to four attempts in 2019. Some of the results demonstrate how students greatly benefited from multiple attempts at high-pressure exams. In 2021, the final score was determined by the highest of the four attempts.

The JEE (Main), 2022 April Session exam was scheduled for April 16-21, 2022.

Many state boards have rescheduled the examinations for 12th grade candidates after the JEE Main 2022 schedule was announced. Some state boards will need to adjust their exam schedules in light of the JEE Main 2022 revisions.

Already, the registration process for the JEE Main 2022 Session 1 is in progress.
